  • No-show leak (04): 20% baseline no-show rate × 25% reduction from systematic reminders, on your current bookings.

Will patients know they're talking to an AI?

We disclose it once at the start of the conversation, as PDPA best practice requires. After that, the AI is indistinguishable from a trained care coordinator — and it hands off to your team the moment a patient asks something clinical that needs a human.

Is this PDPA and MOH-compliant?

Yes. Data is stored in Singapore-region infrastructure, encrypted at rest. The AI is instructed never to diagnose, promise outcomes, or cross MOH advertising guidelines. Your medical director reviews the prompt library before go-live.

What does "done-for-you" actually mean?

We handle Meta verification, WhatsApp API setup, system prompt authoring, integration with your calendar/CRM, training your staff on the handoff, and week-by-week optimisation. You focus on treating patients — we run the conversation engine.

How long before we go live?

7 days or less, from signed to live. Days 1–3: discovery, SOP capture, integrations. Days 4–6: AI training, sandbox testing with your team. Day 7 (or earlier): go-live. After that it's weekly tuning calls and monthly strategic reviews.

What if you don't beat our booking rate?

About the Founder

I'm Dan. Here's why I built NexoLyft.

I've been obsessed with digital marketing since 2014 — launched, scaled, and sold a handful of businesses along the way. The one I'm asked about most is a US health clinic I helped generate US$7.2M in 27 months on just US$620K in ad spend — a 12.5× ROAS. Two things from that work carried over: how to pull real performance out of healthcare ad spend, and how to operate inside medical-vertical compliance without breaking it.

NexoLyft came from something I noticed as a patient myself. When I reached out to Singapore aesthetic clinics about treatments, half took hours to reply, some never replied at all, and follow-up was nonexistent — even as those same clinics were spending hundreds of thousands on Meta ads to get me there in the first place.
